Our prices for booking and renting our gîte for 10 people vary according to the time of year:

  • Low season: The weeks except for July, August, and certain school holidays.
  • Mid season : The weekends except for July, August, and certain school holidays.
  • High season: July, August, and certain school holidays.

Also depending on the length of your stay:

  • Week: 7 consecutive nights
  • Midweek: Monday 5 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.
  • Weekend: Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 7 p.m.

Stay fees

  • Tourist tax : €1/person per night
  • Jacuzzi and Sauna: from €199 to €590 depending on the rental period (see news section).
  • Dog (max. 1, subject to owner’s approval): €40/stay per dog
  • Heating, electricity (excluding vehicle/bicycle charges), and water: Included in the pricing
  • Wood for the fireplace: Included in the pricing
  • Cleaning: Included in the pricing
  • Bed sheets, bath towels, duvets, dish towels, bath rugs: Included in the pricing
  • Household waste for 2 nights = 3 bags to sort – Included in the pricing
  • Household waste for more than 2 nights = 6 bags to sort – Included in the pricing
  • Deposit: €800, payable 10 days in advance to our bank account.

Housekeeping and Other Services

We also offer personalized services upon request, including wellness facilities and catering for wellness stays and business seminars.

15 days’ notice to prepare the room for a seminar or wellness session.
30 days’ notice if housekeeping is required.

Rental conditions for our cottage for 10 people

Deposit and balance

A deposit of 30% of the stay price excluding charges is paid upon receipt of the contract, either by bank transfer or payment into the financial account. Any collection costs are borne by the tenant.

The balance is to be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay or, in the case of a late reservation, on-site on the day of arrival.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €800 is paid to the lessor no later than 10 days before the day of arrival. This deposit is refunded to the tenant no later than within 15 business days following the departure date, minus any amounts.

Cancellation conditions


We will fully reimburse you in case of cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the stay, 75% if you have to cancel between 60 and 31 days in advance, 50% if you have to cancel between 30 and 15 days in advance. However, we charge all fees in case of cancellation less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Fully Equipped Large Capacity Cottage

The cottage is connected to TADAAM for internet and TV in the living room, with a large bay window offering a view of the estate. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a laundry room is also available.

Amenities to organize your stay

Access to the house is through a code. Despite its countryside location, it is close to local shops. You have parking next to the entrance, with a charging point for electric vehicles (from January 2024), a secure space for bicycles, a barbecue (charcoal not provided), and in summer garden furniture.

Our Restrictions to Care for the Property

No smoking is allowed inside, and any violation will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

To preserve the calm and tranquility on the estate, student parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.

One dog and subject to the approval of the owner, may be accepted but must always be kept on a leash on the property.

Our rural cottage is spacious enough to accommodate up to 10 people & 1 baby under 2 years old, enjoying a serene atmosphere in a 100 m² living room, ideal for combining tranquility and conviviality.

Enjoy an open kitchen to the dining room and living room with a fireplace, a meeting room upstairs, 5 spacious bedrooms, and private bathrooms. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also at your disposal.

We verbleven een week op Thierry's plek met 6 volwassenen en drie kinderen (5, 3 en 1 jaar oud) en hadden de best mogelijke wintervakantie. De plek is perfect, te beginnen met de locatie, omgeven door bos met een prachtig uitzicht, een ruime open keuken en woonkamer met een open haard en grote eettafel, en een apart gedeelte van het huis verdeeld met een deur is het slaapgedeelte met 5 slaapkamers, elk met een eigen douche en toilet. En een speelkamer op de tweede verdieping. Het huis is goed uitgerust en elegant ingericht en had alles wat we maar konden bedenken, van speciaal servies en stoelen voor de kinderen tot potten en pannen van elke maat, en alle mogelijke kookbenodigdheden die we nodig hadden. En het beste deel is de omgeving, als we de deur uit stapten, waren we in een prachtig bos, en de heuvels, en we konden lange wandelingen maken in het gebied zonder iemand tegen te komen behalve de vogels en het geluid van de wind in de bomen. Zelfs midden in de winter was het prachtig. Perfect! We komen binnenkort terug.

A wonderful place: the silence, the birdsong, the atmosphere, and the scenery of this rare place where you can see so far, where you breathe deeply under the starry sky. We arrived only after sunset and although house is amazingly renovated with an excellent taste, the most important thing we saw was in next the morning. View from huge windows from living room is inimitable and very calming. House is located in vast private forest so your kids or pets can enjoy it freely. Inside you will find everything you want, with superbly equipped kitchen if you like to cook like I do, a lot of space to rest and private rooms (+ extra helpful stuff for kids like changing table, books in 3 different languages, toys etc). Last but not least, or maybe an icing on the cake, Host Thierry is very helpful, welcoming and talkative person. I am 100% sure we will go back to this place sooner or later. I am extremely happy I've trusted my gut feelings and will recommend this place to friends.
